Qualification Description
The public safety industry operates through discrete sectors. Policing qualifications have been developed to set agreed minimum standards for police personnel that should be contextualised within the specifics of each police jurisdiction/agency/organisation's policies and procedures. This qualification allows for the attainment of general skills in police search and rescue management. The qualification covers skills that allow police staff to employ broad knowledge and highly skilled practice in managing in search and rescue operations within a police environment. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication. |

This qualification replaces and is equivalent to POL68115 Advanced Diploma of Police Search and Rescue Management. |
